Real projects with real constraints. Each one is a case study in taking ambiguous problems and turning them into structured outputs.
Led a five-person team in NASA's Dry Dock hackathon responding to an SBIR solicitation on nontraditional aviation operations for wildfire management. Built a counterfactual planning layer on top of NASA's PAMS/WFSS architecture integrating real NASA/NOAA data, fire simulation, quantum Monte Carlo prediction, and an AI unit recommender — from zero to working prototype in 48 hours.
Developed a full venture concept for an AI-assisted lower-middle-market M&A diligence and post-close CFO platform. Built the market thesis, beachhead strategy (search fund operators), competitive landscape, and go-to-market framework from scratch.
Represented Mangrove Technologies at the Penn Blockchain Conference 2026 in Philadelphia. Developed a conference intelligence strategy, synthesized key sessions on Bitcoin securitization, enterprise crypto, and AI-native finance, and drove a LinkedIn content series that achieved strong organic reach.
Analyzed a hospital obstetrics dataset covering 5 years of delivery data (2017–2021). Built a comprehensive, interactive HTML dashboard, a structured PowerPoint deck, and an Excel workbook with full analysis — delivering a multi-format, stakeholder-ready analytical package.
Researched and developed a stablecoin-settled trade finance platform concept for the South Asia–US corridor. Produced a full opportunity analysis covering regulatory landscape, corridor economics, and competitive positioning — before ruling out the concept due to crypto regulatory constraints.
Contributed to scaling iFarmer, a Bangladesh-based agrifintech startup connecting smallholder farmers with investment and market access. Applied FP&A and market analysis skills in an emerging market context, building dual-market fluency across South Asia's financial ecosystem.
